Acceptance of Terms. By using https://automotiveservicescleveland.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Oil Change, Engine Repair, Auto Diagnostics, Brake Repair, Auto AC Repair, Transmission Repair provided by Skinner's Automotive Center. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Skinner's Automotive Center or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. Skinner's Automotive Center may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. Skinner's Automotive Center makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Skinner's Automotive Center arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Skinner's Automotive Center against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TN, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TN.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
